Seem like it gonna take a bit longer than I thought. The purchase have to be approved by the developer as the master title is still there. SO we are talking 2-3 months something.

just talked with the lawyer, it wouldn't take more than 2 months for everything to settle. InsyaAllah, they will get all the legal stuff done in 1 month.
